Welcome to the first edition of “Dr. Frederick Mindel Holistic Health Blog”

This will be a bi-weekly blog dedicated to communicating correct knowledge about health and healing and to increase awareness of the wonderful benefits of a true holistic approach. More people than ever are suffering from a wide variety of complaints including pain, fatigue, allergies, digestive, hormonal, insomnia, anxiety and weight gain. More people than ever are on drugs such as painkillers, anti-depressants, anti-inflammatory and antibiotics. The number of people who are overweight, obese, or who continually try to diet have reached alarming proportions. This sad state of affairs is due mostly to lifestyle and environmental factors and an over-reliance on the medical model, which attempts to suppress symptoms with the latest pill for the ill.

For over 20 years I have been on a search for the most effective ways to help people get well. I have studied with masters and have learned their brilliant techniques. When you treat causes of problems rather than symptoms, results are excellent. I invite you to read some patient testimonials on our website.

My goal is to bring you the latest breakthroughs in natural healthcare, which will be informative, enlightening and inspiring. I hope you will look forward to each issue and share them with friends and family.

What is Holistic Healthcare?

My approach is holistic: a word often misused. The exact definition of holistic is Considering a whole thing or being to be more than a collection of parts; treating the whole person rather than just the symptoms of a disease. Your system is one whole: all the parts are interconnected and everything affects everything else. To qualify as holistic one must address these 8 areas:

1. Mental/Emotional Stress
2. Energy Depletions
3. Nurtional Deficiencies
4. Toxins
5. Hormonal Imbalances
6. Nervous System Interferences
7. Structural Imbalances
8. Microbes

Most health problems are caused by imbalances among these 8 areas, over time, as related to an individual’s genetics, lifestyle, and capacity to deal with stress. Properly addressing all of these areas leads to dramatic improvements in health. The longer underlying symptoms go uncorrected, the greater the risk of developing more serious problems.
Our unique holistic approach incorporates over 15 advanced techniques that enable us to quickly get to the root of most problems. Each newsletter will address some of these eight areas and how this affects your health.

Patient Success Story

When I came to Dr. Mindel, I had been diagnosed by a rhematologist as a having rheumatoid arthritis. I had a very high sediment rate along with the arthritis factor. My joints were very swollen: ankles, fingers, knuckles, and knees. I had a problem getting out of a chair, into a tub, dressing, walking etc.Dr. Mindel examined me and told me that the source of my problem was toxicity. By using kinesiology, detoxification techniques, homeopathy and other methods he was able to heal my condition. I now have no symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis and have been able to resume my normal activities. Wendy K.
